Paneer is a much-loved dish in India.A product made from milk, it is used in several forms such as chunks,bhurji(small bits), fried, sautéed, barbequed, grilled, etc. Basically, paneer is an all-rounder when it comes to ways it can be eaten and tastes good almost in all these forms. Storage and Usage
- Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wrap them with newspaper individually to keep them fresh for a long time.
- Soak freshly cut slices and drain them.
